O'yo

O'yo serves healthy, vegetal and surprisingly tasty breakfasts and lunches: yoghurt bowls, vegan and gluten-free pancakes, salads, toasts, kombucha, water kefir, coffee and vegan pastries. You can find O'yo bar in the Brabantdam, between Gent Zuid and the Vogel markt.

We serve tasteful, fresh dishes in which all kinds of good nutrients can be found. Each dish can be eaten at any time of the day as long as you listen to your gut feeling.
We avoid refined sugars, limit animal proteins and wheat products. The focus is on pure vegetable dishes and fermented food that makes you energetic and happy.

At our place people can relax for a while and take time for themselves.
